We went to Ajijic for a 2 week vacation and fell in love with the village. We were looking for a place to settle but planned to wait awhile until our condo sold, perhaps in a year. We decided to go to some open houses where we met Judit. She offered to show us different areas so if we decided to move permanently we would be familiar with the area.
Judit was always very professional, very fun to be with, and absolutely no pressure. The third house we saw we simply had to have it. We are not impulsive people – we took 1 1/2 years to decide on our last home but we knew this was the right place for us. We had to act quickly because we were leaving in four days. The offer went smoothly and was accepted quickly. Our money was transferred and we chose a late closing date to give us time to get everything organized for the move. We had a few hiccups on our end but Judit always managed to come up with a solution to resolve the issue. We moved in on the date we chose and the house was perfect. Even though moving here was not our original plan we have never regretted a thing. We love our house and we owe it all to Judit for finding our dream house and making sure everything was complete for the closing and move in.
